WHO ARE WE?

Caring Options wants you to feel that you are dealing with someone you can trust, and who is well qualified and experienced in their field. In most cases, your contact will be with Ms Judy Robb.

Judy is a qualified Social Worker with professional counselling skills. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a major in grief counselling, as well as a Masters of Administration Degree, with her thesis having been undertaken in the health care field.

Judy has extensive experience in care placements as well as working with older people in various hospitals throughout Australia, including Royal Brisbane, QEII, Princess Alexandra, Logan, Royal Canberra, Gosford, and in recent years Mount Olivet.

Judy has worked in the Aged and Extended Care Unit within Queensland Health, undertaking policy development and managing a project to introduce new Commonwealth/State funding arrangements within Queensland Nursing Homes. Her interest in this area saw her coordinate a project to establish the Centre for Human Ageing at Queensland University.
